Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Returns & Refunds
We have a 7-day return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at eboneeplushcreations@gmail.com. Returns must be approved via email before sending. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at eboneeplushcreations@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
If your package arrives with severe damage to the outer packaging (crushed, torn, or visibly compromised), and this has caused damage to the item inside:
- Retain all packaging materials.
- Contact your local post office to file a damage claim.
- Send us photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Sale, clearance items, and gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get what you want as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
