We ship all orders via **USPS**, using real-time carrier rates calculated at checkout. Shipping costs vary based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping speed.

All orders come with a **tracking number**, which will be sent to you via email once your order ships. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through USPS.  


### **Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages**  

- If your package is marked as **delivered but not received**, or if it is **lost or stolen**, please contact **USPS first** to file a claim and attempt resolution.  

- If USPS is unable to resolve the issue, contact us at **eboneeplushcreations@gmail.com**, and we will assist you further. However, we are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
